With proper maintenance, you can save money on utility bills and service calls. Our technicians will help you take a preventative approach to taking care of your HVAC system with a regular inspection and maintenance program.

What Does Our Maintenance Agreement Include?

  • Regularly scheduled maintenance
  • 10% discount on parts and labor (including Freon)
  • No overtime charges
  • Priority service
  • No diagnostic fees on service calls

Service Check on A/C System

  • Lubricate condenser motor(s) as needed
  • Check condensate drain (includes CO2 cartridges)*
  • Check refrigerant level
  • Check blower belt(s) wear, tension and alignment
  • Check controls and electrical connections
  • Check filter(s) and change if needed
  • Check air conditioning system for correct cycling

Service Check on Furnace/Humidifier Tune-Up

  • Clean burners and check if they are burning correctly
  • Test for gas or combustion leaks
  • Check filter(s) and change if needed
  • Check flue for satisfactory operation
  • Check blower wear, tension and alignment
  • Lubricate as needed
  • Clean and adjust automatic controls
  • Check furnace for correct cycling
  • Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency

*Notes

  • In the event (during regular service checkups) that extra labor and/or parts and materials are required, the service technician will seek approval from the client.
  • Condensate and/or water leaks and any resulting damage are not covered under service agreement.
  • For heat pump application, service points are the same as air conditioning system check but for heating cycle.
We have commercial and residential service agreements and an option to have your filters changed out monthly or quarterly.

    Service Check On A/C System

    Lubricate condenser motot(s) as needed
    Check condensate drain
    Check refrigerant level
    Check blower belt(s) wear, tension, and alignment
    Check controls and electrical connections
    Check filter(s) and change if needed
    Check A/C system for correct cycling
    Light cleaning of condenser coils as needed

    SER-VICE CHECK ON FURNACE AND/OR HUMIDIFIER TUNEUP

    Clean burners and check if they are burning correctly
    Test for gas or combustion leaks
    Check filter(s) and change if needed
    Check flue for satisfactory operation
    Check furnace for correct cycling
    Check blower wear, tension, and alignment
    Lubricate as needed
    10% discount on all parts and labour including Freon. No diagnostic fee during regular hours. No overtime fee for after hour calls & priority service.
    Note: For heat pump application, service points same as A/C service check but for heating cycle.

    CONDITIONS

    1. We reserve the right to reject any agreement if on inspection by serviceman, equipment is found in such condition that service will be unsatisfactory to either party.
    2. No service will be rendered under this agreement if the customer has a past due account.
    3. Condensate and/or water leaks and any resulting damage are not covered under warranty.
    4. It is mutually understood that this agreement covers only electrically operated units inside the equipment; however, it does not cover duct work and flue pipe, electrical or plumbing work, or balancing beyond the units. Any work required because of fire, flood, shortage of electricity or water supply, or anything other than the regular use of the equipment is not covered.
    5. Maintenance Agreement Condition: In the event that the customer requests cancellation of service agreement before all services have been completed, Mega Air Conditioning, Heating & Electrical Co. must be notified 30 days prior to next service and customer will be re-imbursed of services that have not been performed. Any discounts from services already provided will be deducted from the amount owed to customer.
    6. In the event during regular service checks that extra labor and/or parts and materials are required, the service technician will seek approval from the customer.
    7. Labor and/or parts prices subject to change at any time.
