What is a Service Agreement?
A service agreement provides necessary routine maintenance procedures
to keep your heating and cooling system operating at peak efficiency. Our trained and NATE certified technicians will perform
the necessary checks in order to spot and correct potential problems.
We offer Red
Carpet Service. Red Carpet Service is our way of protecting your home or business and maintaining a clean
work area. Each technician also carries ShuBee shoe covers for extra protection, which can be worn at the customer’s
request.
We have commercial and residential service agreements and an option to have your filters changed out monthly
or quarterly. Call us for details.
Service Check on A/C System
- Lubricate condenser motor(s) as needed.
- Check condensate drain (includes CO2 cartridges).*
- Check refrigerant level.
- Check blower belt(s) wear,
tension, and alignment.
- Check controls and electrical connections.
- Check filter(s) and change if needed.
- Check A/C system for correct cycling
Service Check on Furnace and/or Humidifier tune-up
- Clean burners and check if they are burning correctly.
- Test
for gas or combustion leaks.
- Check filter(s) and change if
needed.
- Check flue for satisfactory operation.
- Check blower wear, tension, and alignment.
- Lubricate as needed.
- Clean and adjust automatic controls.
- Check furnace for correct cycling.
- Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency.
Notes:
- In the event during regular service checkups that extra
labor and/or parts and materials are required, the service technician will seek approval from the client.
- *Condensate and/or water leaks and any resulting damage are not covered under service
agreement.
- For heat pump application, service points are the
same as A/C system check but for heating cycle.
10% discount on parts and labor including Freon.
